Our Curriculum

At Eco Kids Early Learning Centre in Hampton Park, we embrace an intentional, play-based curriculum that nurtures the natural curiosity and development of each child. Our educators observe and engage with children, creating positive learning environments tailored to meet individual developmental needs.

We guide children through meaningful experiences that align with their strengths, interests, and emerging skills. Through hands-on exploration, discovery, problem-solving, and collaboration, we foster both academic growth and emotional well-being.

We believe that cultivating a positive attitude towards learning and encouraging children to explore and take thoughtful risks are essential skills for lifelong success. Our programs are carefully designed to challenge and question, encouraging curiosity and resilience. We understand that every child is unique, and we respect the individuality of each learner.

At Eco Kids ELC, we recognise parents and families as their child’s first and most important teachers. We value open communication and encourage parents to share their child’s achievements and any relevant information about home life with our educators. We invite families to be actively involved in their child's learning journey, ensuring a holistic approach to their development.

Our approach is aligned with the Walker Learning Approach, an evidence-based play pedagogy recognised across Australia. Play-based learning is also strongly embedded within the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, providing a solid foundation for children’s growth.

Above all, our programs are designed to ignite a lifelong love of learning, building the strong foundation needed for your child’s future educational success.
